Why are sports important to you?
Running is the most important sport to me, because my brother and my dad both run, so I grew up highly influenced by them. We still all run together sometimes.
What is your favorite off-season activity?
Off season? What’s that?! I run cross country, swim, and run track, so I don’t have many breaks. In my free time, I read a lot of books, and watch a lot of college and professional sports.
What would you say to someone who is thinking about trying adaptive sports?
If you think you can do something, you should always try. You never know what you might like!
What is one of the things you would put on your “bucket” list?
I’d really like to travel, I’d especially like to visit the United Kingdom/Great Britain.
What is your favorite quote:
“You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word. It is victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terrors. Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival.” Winston Churchill
