The Members Congressional Charity Golf Classic
Please join Members of Congress, former Members of Congress and wounded warriors at the 10th Annual The Members Congressional Charity Golf Classic, in July 17, 2017 at the Army Navy Country Club (1700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202).
The U.S. Association of Former Members of Congress’ annual bipartisan “Congressional Charity Golf Classic” pairs current and former Members of Congress together with wounded warriors and supporters in the spirit of service.
Last year, over 50 current and former Members of Congress paired up with 40 severely wounded warriors for a day of golf and fun. The Congressional Charity Golf Classic benefits the Disabled Sports USA Warfighter Sports program as well as our long-standing partner Tee It Up for the Troops.
Enjoy playing golf on one of Virginia’s best courses with wounded warriors and Congress members. This event includes a round of golf, a clinic demonstration of adaptive golf and a dinner ceremony with an awards presentation. Honoring America’s Wounded Warfighters Dinner
Please join our country’s wounded warriors and their families at the 9th Annual Honoring America’s Wounded Warfighters dinner in May 2016 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City
The funds raised through this dinner directly support severely wounded warriors in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan by providing sports rehabilitation. Since 2003, the lives of over 10,000 severely wounded warriors and families have been rebuilt through Disabled Sports USA’s Warfighters Sports program through over 500 events in 30 different sports.
All sports programs are provided at no cost to the warrior and his or her family member.
Your support at this dinner will help us to continue providing sports rehabilitation at no cost to over 1,500 wounded warriors each year.
