Why are sports important to you?
Sports are important to me because there the only thing that lets me feel free of my disability.
What is your biggest accomplishment in your sport?
Winning the 2015 NASTAR Nationals for my disability group
What does a typical day in your training program look like?
Waking up at 5 am and going through some stretches. After that I get a bite to eat and meet my coaches on the hill at 8. We take a couple warm up runs and then go to the race course for the remaining part of the day.
Do you have any pre-competition rituals?
My coach will usually push me over on the flats to remind me it’s ok to fall and make sure I’m having fun.
What is your favorite off-season activity?
Who do you admire most?
What is one of the things you would put on your “bucket” list?
To go heli-skiing in British Columbia.
