Why are sports important to you?
Sports help me to show myself that I can truly do anything I put my mind too. I grew up playing various different sports, and despite the height difference between my teammates and I, I always pushed myself to do my best and never give up.

What is your biggest accomplishment in your sport?
Being selected as a 2016 High School Paralympic All American

Do you have any pre-competition rituals?
Before a meet I listen to music to help pump me up

What does a typical day in your training program look like?
A few laps around the track, followed by several throws and weight training

What is your favorite off-season activity?
Field hockey

What is one of the things you would put on your “bucket” list?
Visit all 50 states

What would you say to someone who is thinking about trying adaptive sports?
Go for it! You will be really surprised what you can accomplish. Have a good mindset, work hard, never give up, and have fun!
